Refund/Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to facilitate refunds. However, we are only able to to process a refund if the product is damaged during shipping.
To request a return/refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with photos of the damaged.
Once we receive the photos, we will inspect it to ensure that it is indeed damaged. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the product or send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason other than damage.
